Administration & Staff

The number-one priority of every administrator, teacher, and staff member at Achieve Academy for Adults is to facilitate the success and growth of every client who enters our center.

We encourage good communication between parents/caregivers and the center, so if you have any questions or concerns, please call or email. We’d love to hear from you!

    Linda Jordan Executive Director

After dedicating my career to public education from kindergarten through 12th grade and later focusing on students with special needs ages 3–21, I saw firsthand the critical need for continued support beyond the school years. My journey from classroom teacher to administration allowed me to begin developing transition programs, and my experiences as both vice principal and principal deepened my understanding of the gaps in services for adults with I/DD. When the opportunity arose to take Achieve Academy from a dream to reality, I knew this was where my heart and career were meant to go.

I hold a BS in communications, a K–8 general education certification, a K–12 special education certification, and an MA in educational administration. When I am not at Achieve Academy, I am at home with my husband, three awesome sons (and two future daughters-in-law!), and two goofy but extremely lovable rescue dogs. In my spare time, I love reading, walking, and spending time with friends and family. Though born at the beach, and a Jersey girl to my core, my happy place is actually hiking in the woods and participating in lake sports in the Poconos.
